This property is located in Richlands, North Carolina, near myriad beaches with beautiful mountains only a few hours away. The map depicts the property we will purchase! The purchase will proceed in three phases. Phase I will encompass the mansion home, the retreat/wedding venue, the barn, and the pasture.
